- Oana, an expert in the field of risk management, offers her expertise to guide financial institutions in optimizing their insurance risk modeling and decision-making processes throughout the entire lifecycle. Since joining SAS in August 2012, Oana has been dedicated to assisting clients in overcoming their most significant challenges within the realm of Risk Management. She has served as a subject matter expert on Solvency II and IFRS17 initiatives for numerous leading insurance companies. At present, Oana is leading the Risk Insurance Solutions: Insurance Capital Management (Solvency II, ICS), Insurance Contract Valuations (IFRS17, LDTI) and Actuarial Transformation (Pricing, Reserving and Underwriting). Oana's credentials include an MBA diploma from CNAM Paris, with over 15 years of experience across diverse roles within the insurance, banking and software sectors. Her professional journey includes collaborations with prominent financial institutions and well-recognized regulatory software providers.
