- Matt is based in Singapore and covers ASEAN Cloud Compliance and Security. He brings to AWS, and its customers, a diverse background of 19 years experience working in the Financial Services sector where, prior to joining AWS, spent 15 years in the Banking industry across Asia, Europe, and the Pacific. His background is Technology Risk, Risk Governance, Information Security, and Infrastructure Security. Matt was Head of Cloud and Infrastructure Risk Management at a Global Bank before joining AWS. Matt was a co-founder in a successful AI/ML start up, with the company winning a number of awards, including making the Forbes Top 20 list. Matt holds a Master of Science from Oxford University.
