- Andrew Tan (Senior Vice President) currently heads the Group Data Management Office (GDMO) at OCBC. GDMO is responsible for ensuring that the bank’s data is well-governed, reliable, and compliant with regulatory requirements across the organisation. Under Andrew’s leadership, the team drives key areas such as data governance, data quality, and data lineage, making sure that critical data used for risk, compliance, and business decisioning is accurate, consistent, and traceable. GDMO works closely with business, risk, and technology teams to establish clear data ownership, enforce policies, and support regulatory expectations (e.g. MAS, BCBS 239), while enabling trusted data to be used across the bank.
