Noshin Kagalwalla is the Vice President – Public Sector (Asia Pacific) and Managing Director, SAS Institute (India) Pvt. Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of SAS Institute Inc., a global leader in Data and AI. In his current role, Noshin drives SAS’s growth and strategic direction across the public sector landscape in the Asia Pacific region, while also leading the company's India business. He focuses on enabling governments and public sector organizations to leverage data, analytics, and AI to improve policy outcomes, enhance citizen services, and accelerate digital transformation. He plays a key role in shaping the long-term vision, strengthening public sector partnerships, and driving sales and customer engagement strategies across both government and enterprise segments. Under his leadership, SAS continues to reinforce its position as a trusted analytics partner and a leader in AI-driven decision-making. Noshin joined SAS in December 2004 as part of the executive leadership team and was appointed Managing Director of SAS India in October 2013. He holds an MBA from UCLA, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Wright State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from V.J.T.I., Mumbai. With over 24 years of experience in the analytics industry, Noshin has held senior leadership roles across diverse business functions, including prior stints at global organizations such as Microsoft and TCS.
